Dear Parents and Guardians,
Welcome to the new school year! We are so excited to see our students back on campus and look forward to a year filled with learning, growth, and community. Below is important information to help ensure a smooth start.
📅 First Day of School – Thursday, August 14th
Main Gate Opens: 7:40 a.m.
Breakfast: 7:40–8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. We encourage all students to arrive early and enjoy breakfast.
The first days of school can be exciting and sometimes overwhelming, especially for our youngest learners. Parents of TK, Kindergarten, students with special needs, and/or new students will be allowed to walk their child to the lunch areas during the first couple of days. We will kindly ask parents to leave campus by 8:00 am.
🚪 Dismissal Gates by Grade
Parents are welcome to enter campus at the appropriate gate for pick-up:
Kinder Gate: TK and Kindergarten students (dismissed from the Kinder area)
Main Gate: 1st & 2nd grade students
Arapahoe Gate: 3rd–5th grade students
(If a 3rd–5th grade student has siblings in 1st or 2nd grade, they are encouraged to meet at the Palm Court for pick-up together.)
📌 Attendance Matters
Daily attendance is essential to your child’s success. If you need support with attendance or have a special circumstance, please visit the main office to speak to our Pupil Services Attendance Counselor, Ms. Elena Maldonado.
📫 If you did not receive an assignment letter or were unable to attend our Meet & Greet today, staff members will be available with class rosters to let you know your child’s teacher.
🚗 Parking for staff is very limited, and one of our lots will be used for bus drop-off. We kindly ask families not to park in the school parking lots and to keep the valet line moving by avoiding long stops.
Thank you for partnering with us to make our school a safe, respectful, and supportive place for all children. We look forward to a fantastic year ahead!
